If you have already decided on a material, but are still unsure of how it feels or how the colors look, we would be happy to send a free collection of general material samples of our products (with random text / motif). Simply send an email with your full mailing address, the desired product and, if required, the desired combination of font and tape color. Or simply "Contact" us.

Our preview image shows exactly how we will produce your labels. It acts as sample for all products. In conjunction with a general material sample that can be requested by email and that we would be happy to send to anywhere in the world, you can thus get a very good impression of what your labels will look like.

With our products Corinera, Satinera and our professional care labels Basic and Color, you can order labels with your own logo from 1 piece. Even our myVIPs event wristbands can be printed with your own logo from 1 piece.

The size as well as the minimum order quantity depends on the desired product variant:

At our Cottonera Basic the bandwidth is limited to 10 mm. The minimum order quantity is 25 pieces.

Our Cottonera Classic are available in 10 mm and 15 mm from an order quantity of 25 pieces and with 25 mm bandwidth from 30 pieces.

At our Cottonera Premium only the bandwidths of 15 mm and 25 mm are available from a minimum order of 50 pieces.

The length of the labels or tapes in the Cottonera Classic and Premium options will depend on the desired text or logo length. Up to a length of 100 mm, we are able to weave at the standard rate. For longer labels, we apply a supplement for overlong items.

In addition to the desired text and logo, we include automatically an edge to the left and right for sewing. For the Cottonera Basic and Classic and the rolled Cottonera Premium, we include an edge of 8 mm on each side. We already show you half of the sewing-in space in the preview image.

Our Cottonera Premium with end fold has fixed sizes of 15 mm x 60 mm or 25 mm x 60 mm. Within the 60 mm, there is a 5 mm edge reserved on the left and right that cannot be woven with text or a logo. The end fold of 8 mm (already folded over) on each side is added to the length of 60 mm.

For Cottonera Premium:

The development of textile labels that make it possible to combine 100 % cotton with modern/high-resolution weaving technology is further proof of the quality of "Made in Germany". Especially when it comes to our Premium cotton labels with end fold, a consistent high level of quality can only be ensured by a high proportion of manual work. For this reason, it is only possible to reach a balanced cost-performance ratio as of a minimum order quantity of 50 items.

You can choose two colors:

• The color you want the tape to have (background color).
• The color you want the text/image to have (font color, weave color).

All fabric labels of an order will, as standard, have the same tape and font color. But you may also choose a color set (see next section).
The established color combinations of the sets can be found in the Cottonera configuration tool, in the "Colors" menu item.

For Cottonera Classic, it is possible to choose a color set instead of using the same tape and font color for all name tapes. Color sets are combinations of different tape and font colors that have been compiled by us for your convenience. We currently offer nine color sets:

It is not possible to change the color combinations that we have selected. The font colors are chosen from our full repertoire to match the various tape colors and reflect the colors most frequently selected by our customers.

If you can't decide what color to choose, why not simply choose a color set. If you would like a variety of woven label colors, then a color set is often the best solution.

Simply choose the "Color set" option in the "Colors" menu item of the Cottonera Classic configuration tool. We will immediately show you the color combinations available and what these will look like with your chosen text.

• Cottonera Classic cotton tapes in the width 25 mm can only be woven with light tape colors or the light color set.
• Cottonera Basic laundry name tapes available at a preferential price, can only be produced in the width 10 mm with a red font on white background, and with printed letters. Motifs are also not possible
• Cottonera Premium is only available in the widths 15 mm and 25 mm. Color sets are not possible. Cottonera Premium with end fold is only available in the fixed sizes 15 mm x 60 mm and 25 mm x 60 mm.

You are looking for colorful woven labels? Then you are exactly right at our Cottonera Rainbow!

Our rainbow yarn is dyed by hand in the basic colors red, yellow, blue and green.
This results in a particularly beautiful yarn with lighter or strong color sections in the basic or mixed colors.

The color intensity depends on the exposure time of the yarn in the respective colors. The colors of your label may therefore differ slightly from the displayed preview image.

Each label is unique!

We weave Cottonera Premium with your design either in a fixed size (15 mm x 60 mm or 25 mm x 60 mm) "already cut and folded" or with variable label length rolled up to "cut and fold by yourself". You can find both processing variants in the configurator under "Size and fixture".

For Cottonera Classic:

With white or black tape, and red, blue, black or green font, they are boil-proof, all other tape and font colors are wash-proof up to 60° C in accordance with DIN 54000ff. Experience has shown that even temperatures of 95° C have no effect.

For Cottonera Premium:

All font and tape colors are wash-proof up to 60° C in accordance with DIN EN ISO 20105.

When ordering Cottonera Classic, you receive individual labels since our looms are able to weave 52 tapes in parallel. If you order 50 labels, you will receive 52 individual name tapes. If you order 100 name labels, you will receive 52 labels, each of which will have your desired woven label featured twice. We weave cutting lines between the labels to show where you can cut the labels with scissors. Each label has an additional sewing edge of 8 mm to the left and right of your desired lettering. We already show you half of the sewing-in space in the preview image. We generally produce 4 % more than necessary, to accommodate tolerances in production.

With the rolled Cottonera Premium, we also weave a number of additional items in order to account for any minor weaving faults. So, when ordering 50 items, you will receive, for example, 56 items. Each label has an additional sewing edge of 8 mm to the left and right of your desired woven content.

With our professional labels made from cotton, the Cottonera Premium with end fold, we carry out manual sorting at the end of the production process to ensure the consistent high quality of the labels. The quantity of additional labels is thus variable.

We already use the highest quality cotton to produce our Cottonera, which is suitable for this purpose.

When weaving, the technical requirements for the yarns are very high. There is no organic cotton supplier on the market that meets the technical requirements for woven labels.

Our Cottonera not only have the OEKO-TEX 100 certificate but are even certified to DIN EN 71-3 for freedom from harmful substances, which allows our Cottonera to be used for children's toys. Especially the latter certification is a real peculiarity.

Our Novinera have a fixed label size of 15 mm height x 60 mm width. Within the 60 mm, a 5 mm sewing edge is reserved on the left and right, which cannot be decorated with a text or logo.

The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces.

You can choose two colors:

• The color you want the tape to have (background color).
• The color you want the text/image to have (font color, weave color).

As standard, all woven labels of an order will have the same font and tape color. You can find the possible colours in the configurator in the "Colors" section.

If you don't want to commit yourself, you can also choose a color set. You can find the fixed color combinations of the offered color sets in the configurator for the product variant Novinera as well in the menu item "Colors".

If you can't decide on a color when designing your Novinera, simply choose a colour set. These are combinations of different ribbon and font colors that we put together.

An individual selection of your color combinations is not possible.  Simply choose the "Color set" option in the "Colors" menu item of the Novinera configuration tool. In the configurator, you will immediately see the possible color combinations with your desired text by clicking on the info button.

Our Novinera name labels are washable up to 60° C, color-fast and certified as guaranted free of hazardous substances.

The upper and lower edges of our Novinera labels are woven and therefore soft and pliable. The left and right sealed edges of the Novinera are not as hard as on the hot-cut name ribbons of other manufacturers.

Unfortunately we cannot offer our product Polynera Classic at present.

You will certainly find an alternative in our product range, such as our Cottonera Classic.

The minimum size is 15 mm height and 30 mm width with a final fold left and right. With a horizontal center fold the smallest format 45 mm height and 15 mm width is possible.

For the product variants centre fold horizontal and centre fold vertical, 7.5 mm sewing edge is reserved on both sides, which cannot be decorated with text or logo. For the product variants end fold top / bottom and end fold left / right, 7.5 mm end fold are added when already folded over.

The minimum order quantity for our Flexinera professional labels is 100 pieces.

No. Our Flexinera products got their name from the flexible ordering options. Edges, sizes and colors can be freely selected.

The various configuration option afforded by our Flexinera are permanently displayed in our webshop. We will constantly optimize our Flexinera products and maintain the current state-of-the-art with regard to modern weaving technology. The weaving technology and all technical data may thus change at any time.

Yes, our woven Flexinera are guaranteed washable up to 60° C.

We weave our Flexinera on large broadlooms that are able to produce different sizes, ends and handle up to 6 colors per label. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. This is higher than for our other products, therefore the prices per label are considerably cheaper for larger quantities.

The minimum order quantity can not be divided into several colors.

Due to technology that is unique throughout the world, we are able to send your order directly to the loom, after a quick check by us. This saves unnecessary email traffic, the expensive set-up of the logo for the loom by a designer and the production of an original sample.

In this day and age many companies are relocating their production facilities to cheaper countries in Eastern Europe and Asia. We are acting counter to this trend and are able to offer the best-possible price/performance ratio despite producing in Germany.

Made from polyester yarns with a high recycled content (rPET).

Our Flexinera threads have been manually assigned the appropriate Pantone values at a color temperature between around 5500° K (Kelvin) and 7500° K. The threads, which have no Pantone names could not be assigned a Pantone value.

The RGB values needed for the online visualisation (e.g. in the preview image) were read directly from our threads at 6500° K with an optical spectrometer and manually optimised. Please note that the representation on your monitor will depend heavily on the configuration you are using.

In the woven label it is possible that threads next to or behind one other may influence the color representation. For a white label with a red logo, the red thread is located behind the white thread and will lend a light pink touch to the background.

Once you have uploaded your logo, we will use the RGB values in the logo to determine the thread colors and the number of thread colors for your label. Your label may consist of 2-6 thread colors.

You can change the recommended colors at the touch of a button: by clicking on the "color wheel" to the right of the calculated thread color, you can choose from our entire range of threads. Your label will be thicker and firmer with every additional thread.

If more thread colors are suggested than are actually contained in your logo, then your template is either out of focus or has anti-aliasing. In this instance, it is helpful to reduce the number of thread colors to the desired number of colors.

Generally, our preview image will show you exactly, how your labels will be woven.

However, when it comes to Flexinera it is not like printing on paper, the material is a very lively woven label which responds easily to external influences. As a result, it is natural that there may be some very small deviations regarding the aspect ratios of your logo. These primarily occur when your logo has very many color changes and details in a small space.

Generally, extremely small deviations cannot be seen with the naked eye. If your logo contains a circle in combination with fine details or many color changes, a deviation in the proportions may be visible.

For a good readability, the smallest letters should be at least 2 mm high and the minimum line thickness should be at least 0.3 mm.

Since our Flexinera are made of a woven material, there may be slight variations in the size of the label.

There are two label heights or tape widths available for our printed Satinera: 16 mm, 25 mm and 35 mm.

The length is variable and adapts to your lettering / your logo or is manually defined by you in the menu item "size". Since our Satinera are made of a woven material, the dimensions may differ by about 0.1 mm - 1 mm.

Our Satinera single labels are already available from 1 piece and our endless ribbons from a length of 20 cm.

The preview image shows exactly you how your labels will look like.

Our Satinera labels and our endless ribbons are printed on one side using the thermal transfer process.

Printing on woven textile tapes offers a much higher resolution than weaving, but due to the living material, it is not to be confused with a print on paper.

We would like to give you a few tips for a good result:

• the image resolution should be at least 360 dpi
• the fonts should be at least 2 mm in size to be readable
• the line width of details should be at least 0.3 mm
• the frames or horizontal lines should be at least 1 mm from the woven upper and lower edges, or at least 1 mm thick
• fine light textures or fonts on a dark background should be as strong / bold as possible, so that details do not run when printing

We take over all data of your template, taking into account the image editing options you selected in the webshop. The look of the finished Satinera will match the quality of your original logo file.

The best result will be achieved by using a vector graphic (.pdf, .svg, .eps, .emf). Alternatively you can also use a sharp image file (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .tif, .tiff) with the highest possible resolution. File sizes up to 50 MB are possible.

If your template has a colored background, make sure that there are no gaps at the edges and transitions.

Our Satinera labels and tapes are washable up to 60° C, wear-proof and lightfast fabric labels.

Our Satinera are produced exactly as you see in the preview picture.

The length of your labels is variable and can be set by you in the "Size" menu item. Please make sure that you include a sewing edge that suits for your purposes in the size you choose.

You determine the total length of your ribbons at the end of your order. In the "Size" menu item you choose the length of your design. This is then repeated until the length of your ribbon is reached. If you want a space between your designs, increase your "Design length".

Yes, by creating your text as a logo file and rotate them as desired in the graphics program.

Afterwards you upload your revised template in our webshop.

Satinera satin ribbons and labels are wash-proof up to 60° C, lightfast and wear-proof.

No, that is not possible. But they can be easily sewn into place or secured with our nameFIX .

The Satinera labels and endless ribbons can also be easily folded like a small loop / a flag in the middle and hem with the seam.

We offer our Satinera as individual labels and as an endless band.

In the individual labels the narrow edges are cut hot, so they can not fray.

Please note that only the ends of the endless band are hot cut. If you cut the endless belt, fraying at the cut edge may occur.

Cottonera (cotton tapes) and size labels (made from 100 % cotton):

Our cotton tapes are manufactured from high-quality cotton threads and are subject to constant monitoring. We use only materials that have been certified in accordance with the OEKO-TEX^® 100 standard. 100 % fine cotton thread, Upper Egyptian, 1 A long staple, hand-picked, combed. Untainted by heavy metals, bleached without chlorine, without optical lighteners, electronically cleaned, mercerized, skin-friendly finish, paraffined, free from pesticide and herbicides, dyed to the best of our knowledge with skin-friendly dyes, can be harmlessly composted in terms of human ecology. All of our Cottonera threads are inspected regularly to ensure that they are free of hazardous substances, and our Cottonera Classic labels may even be used for the manufacturing of children's toys in accordance with DIN EN 71-3.

As a special feature, the threads of the "Natural" color of Cottonera Premium are made from completely untreated, unbleached Egyptian cotton. The color nuances will change slightly due to external influences in nature. The slightly yellow color is a sign of quality signifying that it is 100 % natural and therefore suitable for the labeling of natural products or products with subtle natural colors.

Organic cotton labels (100 % organic cotton):

These individually designed textile labels made from certified organic cotton yarn are even suitable for the production of children's toys according to DIN EN 71-3. We print your design in a monochrome     color of your choice (black, brown, green or raspberry) on undyed, natural-colored cotton.

Made from 100 % organic cotton.

Novinera (made from 100 % recycled polyester thread (rPET)):

Novinera are woven labels made in Germany using recycled polyester thread on a needle loom. Our Novinera are always 15 mm high and 60 mm wide (15 mm x 60 mm) and washable up to 60° C, color-fast and free from hazardous substances according to OEKO-TEX^® 100 standard and DIN EN 71-3. Making Novinera labels suitable for the manufacture of children's toys.

Made from 100% recycled yarn (rPET).

PrinTex (made from 100 % recycled polyester thread (rPET)):

PrinTex labels are printed in multiple colors and woven from recycled polyester yarn in a linen weave. The textile labels have a fixed size of 15 mm high x 65 mm wide. The edges at the top and bottom are softly woven, hot cut on the left and right. This prevents your labels from fraying.

PrinTex textile labels are lightfast, abrasion-resistant and washable up to 60° C and certified free of harmful substances in accordance with DIN EN 71-3, making PrinTex labels suitable for the manufacture of children's toys.

Made from 100 % recycled yarn (rPET).

Satinera (printed satin ribbon and multi-colored labels made from 100 % recycled polyester thread (rPET)):

The tape material for our printed gift ribbons and multi-colored labels consists of double-faced satin ribbon with a woven (not cut) upper and lower edge. It is thus especially soft and gentle on the skin. The products are woven in German production from pollutant-free, recycled polyester yarns (rPET).

The satin ribbon has a white, quite smooth and silky surface. The tape widths are 16 mm, 25 mm and 35 mm. Satinera satin ribbons in a width of 16 mm and 25 mm are extremely well suited for use as bows, decorative or gift ribbon. Satin ribbon in 35 mm is especially well suited for the representation of care instructions.

Made from 100 % recycled yarn (rPET) and certified free of harmful substances in accordance with DIN EN 71-3, making Satinera labels suitable for the manufacture of children's toys.

Flexinera (made from polyester threads with a high recycled content (rPET)):

Our Flexinera is woven in Germany using polyester thread and broadlooms. Thanks to a weaving technology developed specifically for our Flexinera products, we are able to achieve a particularly dense structure, bright colors and very solid labels. All four edges of our Flexinera with center fold are hot cut and thus cannot fray. With our Flexinera products with end fold, two edges are hot cut and two edges have an end fold. Flexinera products are washable up to 60° C, color-fast and free from hazardous substances according to OEKO-TEX^® 100 standard.

Made from polyester yarns with a high recycled content (rPET).

Embroidered name badges (made of robust polyester yarns):

Our particularly robust name badges are made from 100 % polyester. They are boil-proof and lightfast.
The embroidery threads used are high-gloss and optimize readability. The edges are neatly beaded.

The embroidered name labels have a fixed size of 25 mm high and 130 mm wide.

Size labels (made from polyester threads with a high recycled content (rPET)):

To mark the dress size, we have our woven size labels in the range.They are available in the color combination white on black and anthracite on white, in the size 10 mm x 40 mm. They are delivered and sewn in folded with a centre fold. After the sewing in they are then only 10 mm x 10 mm small.

To make it easier to sew on, we have made our 35 mm Satinera stiffer with a plant-based starch bath (vegan). After the first wash they are soft and smooth.

Made from polyester yarns with a high recycled content (rPET) and free from hazardous substances according to OEKO-TEX^® 100 standard.

Professional care labels:

Information about the material characteristics of our "Professional care labels" can be found in the chapter "Care labels".

We have had our products tested for harmful substances by independent institutes. You can find an overview of the results as well as information on the suitability of individual products for clothing and toys in our "certification information".

Important: But please remember that the labels are attached in such a way that they cannot be swallowed.

At our Corinera you can choose from a variety of materials for different applications: natural leather, artificial leather, FloraPap, wood, cork and metal.

Whether as finishing elements for clothing, jackets, hats, bags or key rings, Corinera products are a highlight whatever the application.

However, only our Corinera artificial leather labels and FloraPap are washable.

The minimum order quantity of our Corinera is 1 piece.

You can set the desired height and width precisely to 1 mm in the Corinera configuration tool in "Size". The minimum and maximum edge lengths will always be displayed in the configuration tool.

If you have an idea for a shape that we do not offer yet, you have the option of uploading your own label form as a file format.

In the menu item "Shape" you can upload any (!) own shape as a file in "Upload" and order it as a label or hangtag in all materials offered by us. The size specified in the file you can change after uploading in width to 1 mm precisely in the menu item "Size". The height is calculated proportionally and adapts automatically to the new width.

Yes! Why not try it out in the menu item "Logo" and upload your own logo. In the menu item "Shape", you can choose from numerous shapes for labels or tags in our shape library.

In the configurator, after uploading your logo file, you can first select the size and the desired image section. If your file is optimally suited, e.g. because you are using a black and white template, the preview image will be displayed to you immediately after "Accept". If there are several options for the contrast, e.g. because you have uploaded a multi-colored template or even a photo, you will be shown in a second step several options from which you can select your desired contrast.

Our preview image shows you exactly how we produce your Corinera.

For a label or hangtag with your own shape, you can upload an additional file in the menu item "Shape" in which you have created all the outlines and any desired inner holes. These contours must be laid out as closed polylines and have a solid line weight (at least 0.3 mm / 3 pixels).

With our FloraPap you can choose a black background. When your logo is engraved, an embossed look is created.

You want to mark a limited edition with consecutive numbers or order identical labels with different names or serial numbers? No problem for us!

We can produce our laser engraved Corinera labels, hangtags and signs with consecutive numbers, serial numbers, different texts or graphic codes within one order.

For this purpose, you will find the menu item "Serial field" in the design area of the configurator.

You can enter your desired consecutive numbering with any starting number directly in the configurator. Under "Settings", you can choose different ways of displaying your numbering (e.g. with leading zeros or different thousand separators).

Upload a file if you want to display different texts on the labels, e.g. names. This can either be in .csv or .txt format. Single-line and multi-line entries are possible. Multi-line texts as a serial field are created by a semicolon between the entries within a line (e.g. Anton;Meier). Each new line creates a new label.

After uploading we display the entry with the most lines or the longest text length in the preview so that you can adjust the size of the text field appropriately.

In the "Preview" you can see an overview of several labels and in the "Data view" you can see the content of your uploaded file for checking purposes.

The preview image shows you exactly how your Corinera will be laser-engraved. All technical details are already visible in the preview image.

Your text should already be legible in the selected label size. Please don't look at the enlarged preview, because this is not the selected label size.

For best readability, the smallest letters should be at least 2 mm high and the minimum line width should be at least 0.3 mm.

For your individual Corinera labels and hangtags we offer different fixing possibility. Further information can be found under the item "Fixture options".

For the firmer natural leather, it is advisable to use a sturdy natural leather needle for the sewing machine.

For synthetic leather an universal needle is usually sufficient. Our pollution-free synthetic leather is soft and slightly elastic.

If the material is not being transported by your sewing machine, we recommend reducing the thread tension, place some baking paper between the synthetic leather label and the presser foot, or stick adhesive paper tape under the presser foot for better conductivity.

Once you have found the right settings for your own sewing machine, the attachment is quick and easy.

If you do not want to attach the labels with the sewing machines, we recommend you choose a form with holes. The holes make it easy to attach each label by hand.

Natural leather:

We use leather from young German steers which has been tanned using organic and mineral essences only. Since we use complete skins that differ in color, thickness and fat proportions throughout the various body regions, and since the skin of every animal will differ slightly with regard to these factors, we are able to ensure that every label will look slightly different and have its own specific charm.

Since it is a purely natural product, the labels will respond to external influences with visible changes. We recommend avoiding machine washing and ironing. We recommend using dubbin to ensure optimum care of the beautiful natural labels.

The labels are cut to shape using lasers and the images are engraved using laser engraving. The natural leather is 1.2 mm thick.

Due to the laser engraving, slight traces of smoke can be left behind, which give especially labels made of light-coloured leather a beautiful vintage look.

After receipt of the natural leather labels, they should be removed from the packaging. Otherwise, there is a risk that the labels will start to sweat and become moldy.

Vegan cactus leather:

The cactus leather is a vegetable leather that is made from the leaves of cacti (Fig cactus) hat grow in dry areas and need only a little water. An additional watering is not required. The tire leaves of the Fig cactus are cleaned after cutting and then dried in the sun.

The cactus plant remains intact in the "harvest", renewable leaves can always be harvested by the same plant. Other parts of the plant are used as food. A cactus plant can be used in the plantation for up to 8 years.

Our cactus leather labels are abrasion-resistant and can be machine washed at up to 40° C. The back of your cactus leather label is cream-colored. The labels are approx. 1.1 mm thick.

Vegan artificial leather:

Instead of the usual PVC coating, our artificial leather labels are 100 % polyurethane. This new generation of artificial leather has a classic leather grain with an antiqued surface and a soft nappa-like quality.

Our artificial leather labels are wear-proof and can be safely washed up to 60° C. With frequent washing the engraving may fade. Please do not use aggressive detergents! Especially very aggressive modern 2-component liquid detergents will damage the surface of the artificial leather.

The labels are cut to shape using lasers and the images are engraved using laser engraving. The artificial leather is appr. 1.0 mm thick.

Vegan FloraPap:

Our proven material for years we now offer in four versions and under international brand name. The following colors are available: gold, silver, brown and black. The black version creates an embossed look.

FloraPap is a robust compound made from cellulose and latex. This modern material is tear and wear proof. If the engraving extends to the edge of the product, this area will be a little less tear proof.

Machine washing, drying or scrunching will create an attractive vintage look. Washing will shrink the labels by only 2 %. The labels can be washed at temperatures of up to 60° C (without conditioner) and can be ironed. With frequent washing the engraving may fade. Due to its shiny surface, FloraPap silver and gold are not suitable for regular washing.

If desired, the labels can be smoothed out again by steam-ironing the damp label.

The labels are cut to shape using lasers and the images are engraved using laser engraving. The FloraPap material is 0.55 mm thick.

Acrylic:

We use high-quality two-layer acrylic for the production of your personalised acrylic labels and hangtags.  Acrylic is heat-resistant up to 80° C and UV-resistant. As it is also waterproof, you can use your acrylic tags, signs and labels both indoors and outdoors.

When engraving, the top layer, the color of which you can choose in the configurator, is completely removed. The black color of the reverse is then visible in the engraved areas. This gives your design a clear look.

Our acrylic has a thickness of 1.6 mm. The engraving depth is 0.08 mm. Both layers are visible on the laser-cut edges.

Wood:

We offer poplar plywood and beech wood of the highest quality. Both types of wood are glued without pollutants and thus optimized for indoor use.

The used poplar plywood is about 3 mm thick and is natural.

Our beech labels and tags are made of 2 mm thick beech wood in a particularly noble wood look. The high quality material is particularly dimensionally stable and therefore ideally suited for rustic nameplates and smart pendants, e.g. on keys or gifts.

Both types of wood react to external influences with visible changes. We strongly advise against machine washing and ironing.

The shape of the labels is cut with the laser, the illustrations are engraved with the laser.

Cork:

The cork material we use comes from Portuguese cork oak forests. The bark of the cork oak, the cork, grows back and can be "harvested" again after about 9 years. Our cork fabric consists of a thin natural cork surface and a carrier material. The composition of the fabric on the back is important for stable bonding. The back of your cork labels is made of PU (polyurethane), PES (polyethersulfone) and cotton.

All materials are pollutant-free. The cork fabric is approx. 0.8 mm thick.

Cork is non-sensitive to moisture and heat, but we still advise against washing your cork labels.

Metal:

You can choose from stainless steel, titanium coated stainless steel, brass and bronze.

The stainless steel double-sided fine brushed is 0,8 mm thick. The slightly brushed surface reflects the light only moderately. Depending on the viewing angle, the contrast of the laser engraving appears to be different. This stainless steel material is rustproof, washable and non-magnetic. The engraved front has an anti-fingerprint coating. The stainless steel we use has a 8 % nickel content.

Brass with strong alloy is 0.5 mm thick and consists mainly of copper and zinc. The same as bronze, which however consists of copper and tin. Both materials have a beautiful noble shine, but are very sensitive to scratches, so that small scratches may be present. After a short period of use a patina develops.

The stainless steel sheet of our coated metal labels in gold, copper or titanium black optic is coated on one side with a titanium alloy. This makes the front particularly scratch-resistant and non-sensitive. The back and the cut edges visible on the side remain stainless steel colored. The material is not magnetic.

All metal labels and hangtags are specially lasered according to your wishes. Clean edges are formed, which are not rounded.

We strongly advise against machine washing and ironing of our metal labels made of brass and bronze. Labels and hangtags made of finely brushed or titanium-coated stainless steel are rustproof and therefore machine washable.

Our lanyards are perfect for events, trade fairs and festivals or as a key cord for your guests or employees.

The minimum order quantity of our lanyards is 1 piece.

For your special appearance at all black light events, we print your lanyards with fluorescent UV colors (yellow, red and mixed tones). Select the lanyards (UV) variant in the configurator.

The satin ribbon of your lanyards has a white, quite smooth and silky shimmering surface.

The basic material is woven in German production from 100 % recycled polyester yarns (rPET). Your design will be printed at our Dortmund location using high-quality multicolor printing. Therefore, your lanyards are particularly durable, washable up to 60° C, lightfast and abrasion resistant.

As with all our products, uploading your own logo is also possible at Lanyards. As a "complete design" you can here upload a file that completely fills your lanyard (90 x 2 cm). Or upload a smaller logo/motif. We will then print this several times on the lanyard.

We transfer all data including all colors from your template. After uploading, you have also several options to edit your image.

The preview image shows you exactly how your Lanyards will look like.

For a good result, note the following:

• The image resolution should be at least 360 dpi
• Fonts should be at least 2 mm high to be readable
• The line width of details should be at least 0.3 mm
• Frames or horizontal lines should be at least 1 mm from the woven top and bottom edges, or at least 1 mm thick
• Fine light textures or fonts on a dark background should be as strong / bold as possible, so that details do not blur during printing

Our Lanyards are made of double-faced satin (100 % recycled polyester) and are printed on one side.

The color is embedded in the fibers. Your Lanyards are therefore lightfast, abrasion-resistant and washable up to 60° C.

Our myVIPs are perfectly suitable for events and festivals as well as entry wristband with consecutive numbers. On request, we supply the wristband including the appropriate closures, starting from just 1 piece.

For your special appearance at all black light events, we print your myVIPs festival wristbands with fluorescent UV colors (yellow, red and mixed tones). Select the myVIPs (UV) variant in the configurator.

Our wristband has a height of 16 mm (printed myVIPs) or 15 mm (myVIPs Cotton) and a length of 350 mm. This size is fixed and can not be changed.

The preview image already shows the clearly visible area of the fabric wristband
which is 200 mm. The rest is the closure and border area of the wristband.

Since our myVIPs are made of a woven material, there may be slight variations in size.

myVIPs and myVIPs (UV):

The satin ribbon of your myVIPs - event wristbands has a white, quite smooth and silky shimmering surface. It is made of doubleface satin ribbon with woven (not cut) top and bottom edges. Therefore, your myVIPs bracelets are soft and skin-friendly.

The basic material is woven in German production from 100 % recycled polyester yarns (rPET). Your design will be printed at our Dortmund location using high-quality multicolor printing. Therefore, your event ribbons are particularly durable, washable up to 60° C, lightfast and abrasion resistant.

myVIPs (Cotton):

We weave your myVIPs (Cotton) individually for you from high-quality, pure cotton. Your design is woven in a single color with the background color of your choice. To prevent the narrow edges from fraying, we cut them in a zig-zag pattern.

As with almost all our products, uploading your own logo is also possible at myVIPs. The preview image shows you exactly how your event bands will look like.

For myVIPs and myVIPs (UV):

There are two different design printing options:

• by choosing "Free dDesign" the desired design is printed once on the wristband.
• by choosing "Multiple design" we repeatedly print the selected design on the wristband.

We transfer all data including all colors from your template. After uploading, you have also several options to edit your image.

For a good result, note the following:

• The image resolution should be at least 360 dpi
• Fonts should be at least 2 mm high to be readable
• The line width of details should be at least 0.3 mm
• Frames or horizontal lines should be at least 1 mm from the woven top and bottom edges, or at least 1 mm thick

For myVIPs (Cotton):

With our woven textile labels your logo is not printed but woven. For this reason, we are unable to weave tiny details. Our special editing programs have been optimized in order to perfectly convert your image templates into loom templates.

For a good result, simply follow these tips:

• Fonts should be at least 2 mm in size in order to be legible.
• The line thickness of details should be at least 0.3 mm.
• Our weaving is monochrome. If your template has multiple colors and has not been implemented as desired by our software, convert your logo template to a black and white image before uploading.

Can you see a pattern of small dots on your logo?

That is down to the weaving technology. The weaving thread that represents your motif must be incorporated regularly in order for it to be securely connected to the label. This effect can be seen in our preview in the webshop so that you can get as realistic an impression of the result.

In general:

For best results, please use a vector graphic (.pdf, .svg, .eps, .emf). Alternatively you can also use a sharp image file (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .tif, .tiff) with the highest possible resolution. File sizes up to 50 MB are possible.

myVIPs and myVIPs (UV):

Our myVIPs are made of double-faced satin (100% recycled polyester) and are printed on one side.

The color is embedded in the fibers. Your myVIPs are therefore lightfast, abrasion-resistant and washable up to 60° C.

When showering, the event band can of course remain on the wrist.

If you want to keep it as a souvenir, you can also wash it in the washing machine.

myVIPs (Cotton):

Our myVIPs (Cotton) are made of 100% high-quality cotton. They are lightfast and washable up to 60° C.

Name stickers, address stickers, stickers for labelling children's toys, bottle, wine or honey labels, car stickers or logo stickers? The options for application are numerous.

In the configurator for adhesive labels you will find the right material. For a comparison of all possibilities, open the material overview with a click on the "i"-button.

No matter how large your individual stickers are, for technical reasons we always print 2 sheets (each approx. DIN A4). This is the minimum number for your sticker order. It is displayed in the configurator together with the price.

As with all our products, uploading your own logo is also possible at stickers. The preview image shows you exactly how your event bands will look like. We adopt all data including all colors from your template. After uploading, you have various image editing options at your disposal.

For a good result, note the following:

• The image resolution should be at least 360 dpi.
• Fonts should be at least 6 points (2.1 mm) in size so that they are legible.
• The line width of positive lines (dark lines on a light background) should be at least 0.25 point (0.09 mm).
• The line width of negative lines (light-coloured lines on a dark background) should be at least 0.5 point (0.18 mm).

DTF (Direct-To-Film) transfers are iron-on transfers that are produced using a special printing technique. They enable detailed and colorful motifs that can be easily ironed onto various textiles.

DTF iron-on transfers are suitable for a wide range of textiles, including cotton, polyester, blended fabrics and more. They adhere particularly well to smooth surfaces and are suitable for both light and dark-colored fabrics.

Yes, thanks to our white undercoating, your DTF iron-on pictures will also look good on dark-colored fabrics.

Note: Designs with fine lines or details may have a white frame line due to the back printing.

Use the options in our configurator or upload your own design. We will create your customised DTF transfer from your design.

Do not mirror the designs! Our printing technique automatically ensures that your design is correctly transferred onto the textile.

You can transfer the iron-on image directly onto your fabric using an iron or a heat press. Make sure you follow our instructions to ensure perfect results!

DTF transfers are washable and retain their color intensity even after many washes. We recommend washing the textile inside out and setting the temperature to a maximum of 40° C to ensure the longevity of the transfer print.

With our internationally standardised care symbols (ISO 3758), you can pass on all important information about the correct care of your textiles to your customers. An overview of the washing instructions and care icons can be found in the configuration tool in the menu item "Inscription".

At our woven Cottonera and Novinera you can insert under the item "Inscription" for each line of text separately as many blanks as before and / or after the text.

The positioning of the text and the care symbols is done together: left, center or right.

At the printed professional care labels, the orientation of the care symbols is fixed. Only the text can be centered arbitrarily.

With our printed Satinera, organic cotton labels and laser-engraved Corinera you can freely position the block with the 5 internationally standardized care symbols.

For your care labels you can choose between woven and printed products. The properties of our woven Cottonera, organic cotton labels and Novinera labels are described in more detail here. Our printed professional care labels have the following properties:

Professional Care Labels Basic and Color:

For your care labels in the Basic version, we print dimensionally stable, white doubleface satin with woven (not cut) edges on the long sides of your labels. The short sides are ultra-sonar cut. Therefore, they are especially soft and skin-friendly and cannot fray.

The satin material is woven in German manufacturing from pollutant-free, 100 % recycled polyester (rPET) and has a white, quite smooth and silky shimmering surface. Professional care labels Basic have been tested in the Bremen Environmental Institute according to the current measurement regulations of DIN EN 71-3 and are suitable for the production of children's toys according to DIN EN 71-3.

Professional Care Labels Cotton:

Undyed, natural and naturally free of harmful substances is the material for your professional care labels in the Cotton variant. It is woven from certified organic cotton yarn at the German production site in Dresden and is printed in a monochrome color of your choice (black, brown, green or raspberry) with your design.

Professional care labels Cotton have been tested in the Bremen Environmental Institute according to the current measurement regulations of DIN EN 71-3 and is suitable for the production of children's toys according to DIN EN 71-3.

Note: We deliver your professional care labels Cotton to your home rolled up so you can cut them yourself. Since cotton cannot be sealed, the cut edges will fray heavily. It's best to bind the ends in the seam or sew the labels on folded over.

The following applies to all variants of our professional care labels: they are 35 mm wide, the minimum length is 40 mm. The actual length of your individual care label depends on your design and the respective production process.

Yes, with our Prym permanent laundry marker you can label your care labels individually. They are also washable with lettering up to 40° C.

Yes, this is particularly affordable as a single-colour motif woven with cotton yarns at Cottonera Classic with a minimum order, depending on the label height, starts with 25 pieces. Or with recycled polyester yarns at Novinera with minimum order quantity for Novinera starts with 50 pieces.

In the configuration tool in the menu item "Colors" choose the colors for the motif / font after uploading under "Font color" and for the tape under "Background color".

If you are not sure, simply try out a number of different compositions or select one of the color sets (Cottonera or Novinera) with multiple different, pre-determined color combinations.

The logos saved in the configuration tool for Cottonera and Novinera can be accessed again after logging in using the menu item "Own logo" under "My logos" and then used for your orders. During uploading, you specify an "Image cut-out" and a "Contrast" level. After clicking on "Accept" this version will be assigned a "Logo-code". Changes to this logo saved with us are then no longer possible.

Your logo will be automatically optimized for the various widths available in our Cottonera configuration tool. For orders on different widths with an already paid for logo code, no logo fee will be charged. (This is a recent change!)

If you wish to edit your logo because you wish to use a different "Image cut-out" then you will need your original logo file. Upload this into our configuration tool again and specify the new, modified image cut-out. Then your image will be assigned a new logo code. Only the first order that is triggered with a logo code will be charged the logo fee of $19.95.

The one-off set-up fee is charged exclusively for our woven Cottonera and Novinera labels for the implemented service, namely setting up and optimizing your uploaded logo file for our looms.

While uploading to the configuration tool using the menu item "Own logo" you specify an "Image cut-out" and a "Contrast" level. After clicking on "Accept" this version will be assigned a "Logo code". Changes to this logo saved with us are then no longer possible.

As a result of a new automatic adaptation of your custom image with the logo code to all tape widths, no logo fee will be charged when using a logo code that has already been paid for. (This is a recent change!) For some re-orders or orders from third-parties that use this logo code, the motif can be used without a set-up fee just like any of the standard motifs.

If you wish to use another "Image cut-out" then you will need your original logo file. Upload this into our configuration tool again and specify the new, modified image cut-out. Now your motif will be assigned a new, different logo code. In this instance, we will again charge the one-off logo fee since set-up and optimization must again be implemented for our looms.

Only the first order that is triggered with a logo code will be charged the logo set-up fee of $19.95.

Yes! You can use the menu item "Own logo" in our configuration tool which enables you to use your saved own logo or upload a new logo. In addition, in the menu item "Inscription" you can additionally use one of our (other) standard fonts for each line separately.

If the text covers the motif, enter a number of spaces into the front of the appropriate line of text or move the motif using the arrow keys.

Yes! It is possible to use the configuration tool to set up a combination of logo and text with our fonts and / or care icons. The sequence of entry does not matter. You can upload your logo in the menu item "Own logo" under "Upload" or use under "My logos" logos that have already been saved simply by logging in. In the menu item "Inscription" you can use our internationally standardized care symbols (ISO 3758).

If your motif covers the care icons after insertion, use the arrow keys to move your motif to the left.

Yes! This is possible at any time. If you have registered with us, we will save all uploaded logos for our woven labels Cottonera and Novinera in our configuration tool.

It is also possible to do the same using the "Order monitoring" option, and entering the order number and your email address.

It is even easier to do if you store our email containing your order confirmation. You can then simply use the link in the email to call up the order again. You can edit your motif in the configuration tool if you need to. You can change the position of width or even change the product.

When re-ordering with a logo / logo code that has already been paid for, no new set-up fee will be incurred.

You may have selected a different label height when uploading your motif? Your motif will be automatically adapted to the new width. Please use the arrow buttons to place your logo in the optimum position on the selected label.

You have followed all the instructions and the result still does not meet your expectations?Then we recommend our printed "Satinera", where logos with fine details and many colors are best implemented. For the production of your Satinera, all colors are taken from your template.

For most of our printed and laser-engraved products, you have the option of generating a graphic code and placing it in your design. You can find more information in the design area in the "Codes" menu item of the corresponding configurator!

Our labels can be...

...sewn in.
For this purpose, we weave a sew-in edge on the left and right of our Cottonera name badges, which you can shorten as desired and fold over when sewing in, so that your cotton labels do not fray.

With our woven Novinera and Flexinera and printed PrinTex labels, a sewn-in edge is already technically fixed.

With our printed Satinera and organic cotton labels you have to take your sewing edge into account when creating your label design or add it by choosing your label size.

As these three products are hot cut, they cannot fray and are sewn in without an edging.

With laser-engraved Corinera labels, you can choose holes in the configurator or plan your sew-in edge in the design yourself.

To position and fix your label before sewing, we recommend the textile fixing pen from Gütermann.

In the configurator for embroidered name badges, select the "Iron-on" option in the "Fixture" menu item. For the "patching-on" version, we recommend attaching with a professional ironing press or patching machine at a temperature of 170° C and a pressing time of approx. 15 seconds. After application, be sure to let the label cool down. Full adhesive strength is achieved after 48 hours.

To do this, select the "Velcro tape" option in the "Fixture" menu item for embroidered name badges.

The tapes must be ironed at a suitably high temperature. Ironing is carried out by pressing very firmly with a heated iron on the Cotton setting (***) without steam, thus at approximately 200° C, for at least 10 seconds. Position the name tape where you with to apply it, with the writing facing toward you, and press with full force down on the heated iron. You should move the iron back and forth and count slowly from 1 to 10. Then do not touch, simply leave to cool!

For more difficult items, use a damp cloth placed between the iron and the name tape to protect the base fabric from excess heat. When working with a protective cloth, extend the pressing time to about 20 seconds. On elastic, knitted fabrics, secure fixture can only be ensured if the base material is stretched. Wrinkles will occur if ironed without stretching.

If the name tags fall off during washing, they can be reapplied by ironing on again. Iron-on tutorial in the video

Our products are designed for long-term storage. It’s important to keep them in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This will ensure they remain in top quality, so you can use them without any issues even after extended storage.

If you order from us regularly, you will not need to enter your address and payment information every time. But, we also save your orders so that you are able to monitor them and reorder as required.

Our configuration tool (Cottonera and Novinera) also enables you to save an unlimited number of own motifs and logos. These will also be available for subsequent orders.

If you have registered as a customer in our webshop, you can save designs of your labels, hangtags, ribbons or stickers in your customer area under "My designs". You will find the button for saving in the configurator.

You can order your saved designs later, but you can also retrieve a link to your design, e.g. to forward it to other people.

That's not a problem. Simply open the login page and click on the appropriate link to have a new password sent to your email address. Then you can log in with the new password. The customer area of the account allows you to change the password at any time.

The delivery time consists of the time required for production and the time required to ship.

Production time:

Your shopping basket and order confirmation will provide you with detailed information regarding each item. Our production facility does not operate on weekends or public holidays. The production time for woven tapes cannot be predicted precisely since in production we collect orders that use the same colors until they are sufficient in quantity. For rare color combinations therefore, the production time will generally be longer, for more popular color combinations such as red on white, or blue on white, it will be shorter. You could be lucky and the color combination you have chosen in your order may be triggered 5 minutes after your order is received.

Shipping time:

The time required for shipping depends on the selected method and the country being delivered to. A list of all times can be found here.

If you are in a hurry, you can shorten the production time for most of our products for an express surcharge. In the configurator, you can see the exact surcharges and the shorter production time for all products with an express option.

After clicking on the "i", we will calculate the estimated production time if you order directly. In the shopping basket, you can select the shipping method and see the calculated estimated delivery time before finalising the order.

You can choose between standard shipping and package shipping.

Standard shipping is carried out by goods post with shipment tracking. Your worldwide shipping costs are $2.95 for goods worth less than $50.00. With a value of goods from $50.00 the standard shipping is free of charge for you.
With a value of goods up to $100.00 you do not have to be at home when the delivery is made. If the value of the goods is $100.00 or more, the postman will ask you to sign for it.

When you place your order, you can also choose a DHL parcel with shipment tracking to your front door.

If you need an X- invoice, make sure that you click on "Corporate client" in the address field. A field will appear in which you can enter your routing ID / reference. You will receive an attachment with the X invoice in your shipping notification.

In the case of deliveries within the European Union, the prices include the respective statutory value added tax. In case of deliveries to Switzerland, the prices include the Swiss Value added tax of 8.1 %. No value added tax is included for deliveries outside the EU.
