Curious about what FloraPap labels are? Imagine a classic denim tag with a vegan leather look—easy to handle, washable, and perfect for upcycling projects and accessories. These eco-friendly paper labels combine durability with sustainability, making them an ideal choice for environmentally conscious branding.

FloraPap labels are available in gold, silver, brown, and black. Gold and silver versions offer high-contrast engraving, making your logo or design stand out. Black FloraPap, on the other hand, creates a subtle embossed effect. Our configurator’s live preview allows you to see exactly how your label will look after production. Our FloraPap^®

This modern, vegan material is a durable, tear-resistant blend of cellulose and latex. Over time, repeated washing gives it a leather-like texture with a stylish vintage look. With a thickness of 0.55 mm, FloraPap labels are easy to sew by hand or with a sewing machine. If the engraving reaches the edges, those areas may be slightly more delicate. FloraPap is free of harmful substances such as pentachlorophenol, PVC, or BPA and is produced in Germany, making it a safe and sustainable choice for eco-friendly branding.

Machine washing (up to 60° C without fabric softener), tumble drying, or crumpling enhances its vintage appearance, with the material shrinking by up to 2 %. If needed, you can smooth out your labels by steaming them while damp. Silver and gold FloraPap labels have a glossy surface and are not suitable for frequent washing. The backs of silver and gold labels are black, while brown and black FloraPap maintain a consistent color on both sides. The contours, cutouts, and holes of FloraPap labels are precisely laser-cut, while text and motifs are laser-engraved. Slight burn marks along the edges enhance the natural aesthetic of these biodegradable labels.

FloraPap has been tested by the Bremen Environmental Institute and certified according to OEKO-TEX^® standard 100, Product Class II (safe for direct skin contact). More details about our certifications can be found here.
