Our Poplar Wood

We use high-quality, 3 mm thick poplar plywood, bonded with toxin-free adhesive, making it a stable and durable choice for custom wood tags. Due to its light, natural finish, laser engraving produces slight burn marks, adding a rustic, handcrafted appeal.

Poplar wood is highly stable, making it ideal for long-lasting hangtags and gift labels. However, it is sensitive to environmental influences, particularly moisture, and should not be washed or ironed. Each wooden hangtag is precision-cut with a laser, ensuring sharp, clean edges, while engravings create subtle variations in tone for a striking effect.

Our poplar wood meets OEKO-TEX^® standard 100 certification from the Bremen Environmental Institute, ensuring it is safe for direct skin contact, including for babies and young children. You can find more information about our certificates here.
