This innovative material mimics the look of leather while offering the flexibility and washability of paper, making it perfect for upcycling projects and accessories. With its sturdy texture, brown FloraPap resembles kraft paper but is more durable and resistant to wear.

Our eco-friendly paper tags come in gold, silver, brown, and black. Gold and silver FloraPap create high-contrast engravings that make logos and motifs stand out. Black FloraPap, on the other hand, produces a subtle embossed effect when engraved.

Our FloraPap

FloraPap is a robust, long-lasting blend of cellulose and latex. After a few washes (up to 60° C, without fabric softener), drying, or crumpling, it develops a leather-like texture with a stylish vintage look. The material may shrink by up to 2%. If desired, you can smooth your hangtags by steaming and ironing them while damp.

Frequent washing may cause engraving to fade over time. Gold and silver FloraPap are not recommended for repeated washing.

With a thickness of 0.55 mm, FloraPap hangtags attach easily to products and gifts. If engraving reaches the outer edges, that area may become slightly less tear-resistant. When positioning custom holes and cut-outs, ensure they are not placed too close to the edge.

FloraPap is free from harmful substances, environmentally friendly, and safe for health — produced without pentachlorophenol, PVC, or BPA. It is manufactured in Germany.

The back of silver and gold FloraPap hangtags is black, while brown and black versions maintain the same color on both sides. All outlines, cut-outs, and holes are laser-cut, and motifs and text are engraved on the front. The laser process may result in slight burn marks along edges and engraved areas.

FloraPap has been tested by the Bremen Environmental Institute and meets OEKO-TEX^® standard 100 requirements. It complies with Product Class II specifications, making it safe for items that come into close contact with the skin. More details about our certifications can be found here.
