We charge $19.95 for the one-off processing of your logo for our looms.
After an initial order with this logo code, your uploaded logo is marked as having been paid for. Re-ordering without changing the image cut-out is possible for all woven products, in all widths and color combinations.
Once you have configured and uploaded your logo, make a note of the logo code, to enable you to open it up again at any time, or to show your friends. If you are logged in, your logo will of course be saved automatically.
The best possible results can be achieved using a vector graphic (PDF, SVG, EPS, EMF).
Alternatively, you can also use a clear image file (JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIF) with as high a resolution as possible. File sizes of up to 50 MByte are possible.

Important Considerations for Cotton Labels
Since fabric labels made from 100 % cotton cannot be heat-sealed, special care is required to prevent fraying:
- Labels must be sewn with a folded edge to ensure durability.
- A seam allowance is automatically added to both sides for easy stitching.
If you prefer labels without folded edges, consider woven label made from recycled polyester yarns, e.g. our Novinera woven labels. These heat-sealed tags remain fray-free and provide a durable alternative to cotton.
These sustainable and customizable fabric labels offer the perfect combination of natural quality and eco-friendly production, making them ideal for environmentally conscious brands and DIY projects.
Cottonera® - The differences
Cottonera Basic
Cottonera Basic woven labels are only available in the 10 mm width with a red font on a white background. This is the most frequently ordered version of our cotton labels and we are able to offer it at a particularly low price. There is only one font available and no motifs, but you can choose whether you want them in the sew-on or iron-on version. These are usually used as the typical name labels to mark clothing. But they also work well as retro labels for handmade items.
Cottonera Classic
Cottonera Classic labels are the perfect beginner label for anyone who wishes to label handmade items in an attractive and low cost way. Weaving on the shuttle loom gives the Classic labels their particularly attractive structure. Cottonera Classic labels can also be ordered for ironing on and are certified in accordance with DIN EN 71-3, making them suitable for the manufacture of children's toys.
Cottonera Premium
Cottonera Premium combines modern weaving technology with 100% cotton. Our top product in cotton is woven in widths of 15 mm and 25 mm. You can choose from strong background and font colors, use our fonts and motifs or upload your own logo. You can cut and fold the labels by yourself or we will do the cutting and folding on your behalf.
